Our 12 months warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship when the product is used in normal conditions.

Exchange and Returns

Within 30 days after receipt of the order if you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the items for an exchange or refund.

How to exchange or return item(s)?

1. Pack all items in new and unused condition in their original packaging. Send an email to us with a brief letter with information indicating the reason for exchange or return. In reply to your letter we will send the address where to send the package.
2. Ship your package with fully paid delivery and a tracking service to our address.
3. Retain the post receipt of your return until you have received the confirmation of your refund. As soon as we receive your shipment, we will send you a confirmation email about the receipt. If you wish a refund, you will receive it within 30 days after receipt of your return.

We will not be liable for loss of or damage to the package.

In accordance with our general terms and conditions we do not compensate the expenses for the return shipment and we also reserve the right to deduct a portion of the shipping costs from the sum to be refunded, if your order had a free delivery.
